Vehicle Retrieval Information
What do I need to retrieve my vehicle?
Valid photo ID, vehicle registration or title, and payment for towing and storage fees. If retrieving for someone else, you'll need a notarized authorization letter.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 9am-1pm for vehicle retrievals. After-hours releases available for an additional fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), and certified checks. We also work with insurance companies for direct billing.
How are storage fees calculated?
Storage is charged per day based on vehicle size. Commercial vehicles have different rates than standard passenger vehicles. Contact our office for current rates.
